TOPP KNOTCH PERSONNEL's goal is to make day-to-day operations easier for our clients. Our integrated and customized billing allows us to address clients' needs with regard to billing format.

Customized Reporting

TOPP KNOTCH PERSONNEL reports can be customized to requested specifications.  Report information can include any or all of the following: billing cycle, billing department, cost center numbers, number of actual hours billed, number of hours estimated and any other pertinent information deemed necessary by the client.

24-Hour Voice Mail Service

TOPP KNOTCH PERSONNEL locations are all covered by a 24- hour voice mail service, 7 days a week. When leaving a message, please indicate if you are a client in need of assistance; our On-Call Staffing Specialist will respond immediately.

 

 

30-Minute Call Back Policy

TOPP KNOTCH PERSONNEL responds within 30 minutes of a clients' call.  Either a candidate's name and time of arrival, a progress report, or other alternatives will be offered. For a next day job order, TKP provides an update within one hour. Future orders receive a call back within 24 hours.
